Hi All, If you have a Tec3 or Tec3R with WinTEC4 4.8.20 and a wideband controller please chime in. I'm having a problem where EGOv is intermittently showing 0v which causes AAFR to stick at 9.98. I'd like to see if I'm truly the only one with the problem. Thanks in advance.

So we are all on the same page, A/D4 = G19 = WinTEC4 GPIO#8

It's weird that both our units went 9.98 afr. Then mine went off completly. I can not remeber but I think mine showed the voltage of the input but would not show afr. It's been a while since I messed with it.

The GPIO selections only go up to 3! I looked around the software and maybe somebody can enlighten me please. I searched the Wintec4 help files and nothing. So right now I don't know where in the software it setup

In other words, if you are using A/D4 for EGO it is not available for other uses. John - do you see this behavior in your software too, or is A/D4 available for GPIO programming?

In WinTEC4, if I select "Use WIDEBAND EGO" in the EGO calibration screen, Input 4 aka G19 is removed from the General Purpose Input/Output screen. if I select "Use STANDARD EGO" in the EGO calibration screen Input 4 is present. Below is a screen capture of the GPIO screen when STANDARD EGO is selected. It does not appear as though there is any difference from WinTec3. Still four outputs and four inputs that are not interchangeable.

I'm using a AEM UEGO on an updated purple box and haven't had a problem yet.

I have a TEC3 and using 3.56 with an FJO Wideband. The sensor ground was not reading the same voltage as the TEC unit so I had to use a conversion table. I then inputted the correct settings and it still did not work. (this was a while back)
I called Russ Turner and he told me that the first number in the conversion table had to be more than a 9 so I used 10.01 and it worked fine after that.
Not sure if this is related to your issue but I figured I would throw it out there.
Anthony
