4cyl, 4 stroke, phased/staged
It's a turbocharged 1.9L DOHC Saturd motor
96lb injectors
MIT is 1.5 (tried as low as 0.1)
IOT is 0
TOG is 4.3 (tried as low as 3 and as high as 13)
I'm getting spark at the coils, and I'm pretty sure I'm getting it at the plugs (same working wires as I was running without the TEC, and new plugs).
No matter what I seem to do, it always seems to flood the engine..
1. Any ideas for settings?
2. Good way to test spark at the end of the wires without a second person??

If you're really against making friends that are willing to hold onto the sharp end of a spark plug for you, you can wrap a wire around the threads, tie the other end to a good ground, and place the plug somewhere that you can see while you're in the car or otherwise turning the key to crank.
The settings you have should have at some point given you at least a cough or something. If you're getting RPM on the WinTEC monitor, you should be getting spark. If you're getting fuel, you're getting RPM and should also be getting spark. The plugs may also be fouled, might need a new set. Checking spark at the plugs should tell you that.

Plugs are brand new, I'm getting green/red lights (rpm) on the tec as well as in wintec.
What kind of wires work with the TEC GT? I'm using stock wires that were on my 99 Saturd SL2, I figured they'd be fine.

Is there a simple way to determine what type of injection (phased or sequential) it's setup for? I got this unit used from someone who had run it successfully on their turbo Saturd, but so far they haven't been able to send me their BIN, and he can't remember which way it was setup.

If the injectors are wired 2 per channel, you'll need to setup phased. If they are wired 1 per channel, you will need to wire them up sequential. With 96lbs/hr injectors, you're going to want sequstial either way. So if it's not wired one per channel now, you should make it that way.
I say forget about the other guy's program. Unless you also bought the engine he was running it's probably not going to be of much use. Check out this thread: Noob TEC Troubles. That has a lengthy explaination of how to build a program for startup.
I'm also moving this thread to the TECgt forum.

Since I hate when I find unresolved topics online, I figured I'd post about my user error, lol.
Basically after taking a look at the manual and checking the wiring ( someone else set everything up, they sold it to me off their Saturd ), I decided to try and swap to the 4amp setting for injectors. Immediately fired up and ran for 2 minutes until I shut it down. Success!!
