Just wondering if there were any reputable tuners here in Dallas...

Hmm that's strange, it worked the other day...

You can probably get ahold of him on the forums over at www.efi101.com, he's one of the moderators.

Sweet Z BTW!

Try Macellaros PerformanceTuning
He has tuned the TEC3r with WinTEC3, but is not a big fan of EMI. Note he is not cheap, $100.00/hr plus dyno time.

Thanks again. I received a email back from Chris yesterday, asking for my phone number so we can set something up. Just waiting to hear back from him via phone!! :D

To clarify my statement, he is not a big fan of the support he received from EMI sometime in the past, but he's OK with the product. He is a moderator on the EFI 101 forums and a few car forums, and also an instructor for EFI University (where I met him). He appears to know his stuff and seems to have a passion for tuning. Hopefully, if he tunes your TEC3R (or gt) and has a technical support question, he will have a more positive experience with EMI this time. It would behoove EMI to foster relationships with tuners like Chris. Word of mouth can help sell a lot of product.

We talked by phone yesterday and he definitely is a cool guy to talk with. He was in Calif. and we agreed to try and come up with a plan when he returns.

He will be getting back with me at a later date to set up a tune...

Good deal, glad you got ahold of him. He was one of my instructors for EFI101 and EFI Advanced, very knowledgeable and insightful. The guy def knows what he's doing.

If you hook up with him, tell him I said hi. Good luck!
