Jon,
I may be looking in the wrong place but I can not find any release notes included in the installation of WinTEC I have performed using the zip file downloaded from the link posted earlier in this thread?

As recall, the release notes installed on one of my machines but not the other (the one that runs had the release notes, btw).
You aren't meiising much -the latest release in the notes is 4.2.625 from 1/17/2007

They should have a start menu item right next to the executable. If they don't they should be in the WinTEC4 directory. I just double checked my installer and they are there. I'm not really sure why it would be missing. If you still can't find them, let know in a PM and I'll email them to you.

The release notes file was not in the web download zip.
