Ok, this is pretty much just a cut and paste. I am never done and I'm always upgrading stuff.

This is best list of what has been done to my car that I can come up with right now. I will be editing as I think of things that belong on here, so this may be edited a gazillion times. :roll:

Block bored to accept JE 87.5mm pistons

Crank slightly lightened durring balancing process

Exhaust (heads) ported and polished to 38mm with flat valve guides
Intake (heads) ported and polished to 38mm with flat valve guides

Exhaust manifolds ported 1mm larger than heads
Schneider stage 3 turbo cams
schneider dual valve springs
Russ gears with cams dialed in by dial indicator
valve job
Intake manifold port matched to heads
Custom plenum to 90% volume of engine displacement
Q45 throttle body
All gaskets port matched

Rest of Engine
Custom SATAN exhaust manifold
GT42R turbo with 1.01 exhaust A/R w/stainless braided supply lines,water and oil
HKS knock off 50mm waste gate
4" Turbo back exhaust with custom made muffler
3" IC pipes from turbo to TB
12"x24"x4" bar and plate IC with 3" in and outs
Tial knock of 50mm BOV
26 1/8"x 20"x3" aluminum radiator
Custom water catch can
Ford Taurus E-fan
Engine lowered 1.5" with solid mounts

Engine management and fuel system
Electromotive TEC2 stand alone w/coil packs
Seimens 860cc injectors
Single Walbro 255 feeding surge tank. Big Magnafuel pump feeding injectors from surge tank.
1/2" aluminum fuel line
Racing fuel filter with replacable element
-8 stainless braided hoses with all AN fittings
Custom 1/2 I.D. fuel rails by me
Magnafuel FPR
5/16" aluminum return line
Custom Accel 8mm plug wires
NGK bcpr7 plugs (not cold enough)
Machined harmonic balancer for 60-2 tooth trigger wheel

Thanks, I am pretty good at what I do, but the only way I get better is by being surrounded by individuals that are better than me. I figured there would be some of you guys here.

Also, the 11.5 second run was with my old setup. DSM 450cc injectors maxed out and a T66 turbo. I have since doubled my fuel, and I am now running a GT42R turbo. Now I have to take my time getting everything as close to perfect on the tune as possible. I dont want to blow this thing up running this much air...

New goal is high 9's or better. Still working on the diff setup, but it should be good this summer.
