my ego is acting abit funny...

when i start up it works fine, then after maybe 5min or so it starts to dive down to 0v then up to where it was and then down again.. and so it goes on..

rewired the probe but still the same. it the probe toast or can it be something else?

If the car doesn't seem to run funny, it's a good chance that the sensor is giving up. Maybe try turning the EGO correction off and see if it keeps doing it. Could be the authority is a little high.

the car runs funny when the correction is on, i noticed today that the ego is more stable in the engine monitor when the ego is turned off.

if i should get a new ego sensor, what type works? since it goes from 0-5v a regular narrow band wan't work or?

A regular 4-wire sensor will work. We amplify the signal from 0-1v to 0-5v.
