How much change does the IOT relate to the values in the VE table. For example I was running about -16 from 950 to 2500 RPM and 30 to 60 kPa and the rest of the table was zero (0). So I decided to zero out the VE table and adjust the IOT to get my idle and slightly off idle A/F ratio values about the same of around 14.7 I settled on and IOT of -0.375 as the next step was -0.5 (TEC 2 goes in 0.125 increments) and 0.5 tended to make it run lean around 22 A/F. I was lowering the IOt because it was running rich throughout the range.

I did some test runs and data logging and it seemd to run smoother than it was before and the A/F seemed to be good. Anyone have any input?

Well it seems that -0.375 was pretty close to the -16 that I was running in the VE table for low RPM's. I increased my TOG to 7.125 and now I have good power thoughout the complete RPM range and pulls strong into 7200 RPM. With my new IOT and TOG my VE table requires less radical changes. I'm running a 2L 16V VW engine with 30 lb injectors.
