Which brand of turbos do you guys like to use or would love to have? Throw in a reason why if you want. I of course like Garrett becuse they are tried and true along with Precision. I have been turned onto Holsets quite recently and from what I can see they are quickly becoming my favorite. Awesome wheel technology that competes with newer GT series but without the horrific price.

A little pic of HX35W, the turbo I want:

Note: This IS NOT MY TURBO NOR MY VEHICLE. Just wanted to show you how big it is...

i have a turbonetics and i am not that happy with it. it is BAll bearing but the spool on it kinda sucks compared to the Gt series from garret.

The new turbo that I am looking to get is the BG series, extended tip. these puppies are making great power while still spooling nice and quick.

Cant forget about Borg/Warner or Bullseye Power. They have better spool time and greater effeciences adibiatic wise compared to GT series.

My poison is a B/W Airwerks S510/91mm, split 1.15 a/r T6 turbine housing on a puny 224 cid Buick V6. Spooling this monster has been a challenge, but recent tuning discoveries may get things moving along quicker.

i have a garrett, this is the second one ive had. i am using a bb turbo becuase i thought it would spool faster then journal bearing turbo. it spools nicely so far for being on a small cube'd engine. gt4294 on 140 cubes horizontally opposed :) it wasnt cheap and the bw looks nice too ecspecially for the price.
