Thats bad ass.Are you running the nitrous a couple hundred rpms before redline or are you shutting it down when a certian boost is hit.

Also how is the spool of a 91 with out the nitrous

The present target is to shut down the nitrous between 8 to 16 psi boost. The chassis will not handle the boost and the nitrous together.

The 91mm won't spool until just before the finish line in an 1/8 mile pass without the nitrous. But, when it does, imagine doing a burnout across the finish line.

I'm still tuning in the combination, but with the nitrous, with a lot of timing retard still until I get the mixture squared away, it will reach max boost by the top of first gear.

Here's an in-car video of a preliminary tune with the new combination of turbo, boost controller, spool valve and a recent WinTEC4 upgrade of the TEC3r. Notice the superior driveability before and after the pass.

For a turbocharged engine, I'm using a very healthy camshaft.

Niiiiiiicccce, is the nitrous progressive, staged or just a straight hit(if straight you can soften
the hit by running a longer line after the solenoid)

It's a straight hit. Actually, it's not hitting hard enough for my target. I think I stated that I'm still creeping up on the ignition timing on the nitrous hit. There is still a lot of room to improve the hit.
I've already finalized the length of the hose after the nitrous solenoid to control a lean spike at the start of the hit.

I've found that the amount of timing retard used on the nitrous is very effective in controlling the strength of the hit. With an older setup (smaller T76 turbo, smaller 200hp n2o hit), there was a point where the car left the line wildly. More retard tamed it down very nicely. The old setup was able to reach 16 psi of boost within .4 seconds.

Here's one of my wildest passes when I was playing with the T76 setup and the 200 shot.
